Available on ISL/L9 and ISX12/X12 2017 engines in the United States and Canada.

Only EPA 2017 engines are eligible to purchase 2017 Extended Coverage programs. 

Coach Bus Coverage includes:

• Registered parts and labor
• Engine coverage includes EGR components (NEC) (excluding all maintenance components and accessories which bear the name of another company)
  • Maintenance components excluded from coverage include, but are not limited to: fuel injectors, fuel pump, turbocharger, air compressor, fan clutch, water pump, fan hub, fan idler pulley assembly, vibration damper, belts, hoses, belt tensioner, and thermostat.
• Internal components, major engine systems, and major components (HC1) (Plan 1)
  • Covers all these components including mounting hardware and gaskets:
    • Cylinder head assembly
    • Rocker lever assembly
    • ECM
    • Piston, rings, and liners
    • Lube oil cooler assembly
    • Front gear cover
    • Oil pan
    • Connecting rod assembly
    • Lube Pump assembly
    • Camshaft and bushings
    • Cam follower assemblies
    • Crank shaft assemblies
    • EGR cooler, valve and mixer
    • Fuel Injectors (excluding aftertreatment injector)

2017 Coach Bus Coverage & Pricing

NEC - Engine coverage includes EGR components excluding all maintenance components and accessories which bear the name of another company.

HC1 - (Plan 1) Engine coverage includes internal components, major engine systems and major components.

Coverage purchase must be documented on a Cummins Extended Coverage Certificate. The certificate must be signed and dated by the customer.
